Using the AUG myself, good reload speed on it considering its a large clip thats reloading rather than a belt and the general Aim down the sights is a good speed.
Edit: Had a good few games last night, was doing Barebones Pro, and saw some boosting, in a FFA, basically guys with shields standing there while others shoot their riot shields giving Exp and whatever else that give. Bout 5 of em in the one corner. Threw a grenade, double kill on two guys doing the shooting then someone that was gaurding the boosters (o.O) kills me so respawn heavy weapons class (AUG and RPG) same place they were before, One RPG 5 kills. (O.o) another player, Non Booster kills me with a knife from behind. Respawn same class, there they are in the exact same spot again, doing the exact same thing. RPG multikill again. Booster guarder kills me, respawn go back and there they are again. (o.O) Seriously. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Someone found the area part of MW2 is based on in Vancouver, WA. Kinda neat to see that building layout exists.

Nice one, Wadey.
I've been having good success with the RPD. Played a few hours last night, and only in a few games did I get less than 25 kills (TDM) with varying degrees of k/d. Feels pretty good to bring in a quarter of the score. lol And yet, I got no hate mail. What am I doing wrong? Should I camp more?
In the last game I played I unlocked the AUG. It was doing well so far, but it does need that grip. Somewhat less ammo, but much faster reload. Might try switching back to Scavenger.

I have stolen borrowed my cousins' copy of WaW and MW2.
I played some of MW2 last night and... I'm not liking it. Let's say that when I was deciding which game I was going to buy, I'm soooo happy I got BC2 instead of MW2.

Question is irrelevant, biebs is not worthy of proper spelling of her name.

A couple of people mentioned trying out the Light Machine Guns for a change.
I got sick of sniping, AKing, UMPing, Tac-Knifing and hell even Javelining after weeks & months of gameplay.
Enter the M240..... it so nice to have a huge clip, huge firepower & to loll slowly behind the speedy gonzaleses on your own team.
They start the gunfight with the enemy, but it's the arrival of the 240 that often ends things.
Tactically shadow your speedier teammates; if you have a buddy with a riot shield, it can make for a deadly duo - they attract & you dissect....
So as my love affair with big beefy guns developed, I tried out all possible arrangements with the beast.
1. Grip is essential - forget forgetting or foregoing this - it is a must. 2. The silencer - with 100 or more rounds in the clip, the damage difference is minimal, the plus side is the increased accuracy; it's like a second grip. 3. Red dot/Holographic sight - if you're Blinging, these can help, but really the iron sights are pretty good already. 4. ACOG & Thermal are rubbish. FMJ too. You won't be sniping & this gun cuts through walls anyhow. (wish there was the option to go M240 Akimbo.........)
and so Ladies & Gentlemen to my favourite attachment........... EXTENDED MAGAZINES.....
yes extended mags on the already huge 240 clip - you are not given any extra bullets, it's just that ALL your bullets are in 1 single clip....
Unloading takes around 15 seconds,
15 seconds of raw, I dare you to walk into my bullets, pleasure.....
As far as perks go, Stopping Power is great, Bling for the grip plus something else & Steady aim or Sit Rep (third perk is not so vital).
With the extended clips I mowed down 9 enemies in a row on Trailer Park, 1 clip with constant fire. It's rather a sexy feeling.

Good tips, Gore. I'm using the AUG now, but will try the M240 when/if I unlock it before Black Ops comes out. Pretty stuck on Demon's Souls right now.

The M420 is a great gun but i really like the Aug it has a smaller clip but it is more accurate then most LMG's especially with a grip Also someone could try the RPD it is one of the first LMG but it has good iron sights and accuracy But with a larger clip then the Aug

Tried the M240, musta got into a bad game cause the only thing I could hit is the side of a barn and when I did empty a clip into someone they did not go down. Course last night every game seemed to have more explosions to level the entire freaking map.

Hghest kill streak for me - 22 (or is it 21?)
The last couple of days I have been trying out the TAR-21. I got the silencer for it so it's now like a rapid fire UMP. I added stopping power so I could compare it directly with my UMP class but..... I'm just not feeling the love for it. It takes more bullets to drop someone than with the UMP and for my play stye that = DEATH!!! I think It's back to my old UMP. Yesterday I ended up on highrise against a team of kids, half of whom had sniper rifles and spent the entire game (a) perched on top of that teensy sticky up bit on the top of the long gantry that hangs off the edge of the building, or (b) trying to jump off the other side of the building to get on that hangind down piece that gives you access to the roof camp site or (c) running up the gantry the other way to get into that long window sniper ledge. For those camped in position (a) when you're standing on the other side of the building (right by the point where you have to jump off to get onto the hanging-down bit) all you can see of them is a TINY dot. However, good old UMP with silencer and iron sights fired in burst mode = DEAD CAMPY SNIPER!!!! I don't know how many times I took that kid off that perch. But it was REALLY satisfying.
