| Yeah, it's only got a couple hundred. Really funny though. In a related bit of news, I killed a guy with a shovel today in New Vegas. |

Which you found 'on-topically enough' inside an Orange box, right? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] And, is there Multiplayer in HL2:Ep2? |

| There is no multiplayer for Episode 2. The closest you can get to that in Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, which is only available on the PC. There are third-party mods that let you play Capture the flag, but Deathmatch is the only official multiplayer game in the Half-Life universe, but Portal 2 is going to change that. (There is also an original Half-Life: Deathmatch game too I think.) The Capture the Flag mod has an interesting history. It seems to be slowly disappearing from the Interwebz. And I tell you, finding that video the first time was EXTREMELY hard, and I have no clue where it is now. The creators of the CTF challenged Valve to a game of CTF, and the server would be hosted by the creators. It was a normal game of two rounds I think and the CTF creators won. Valve demanded a rematch, but the code would be hosted on Valve servers this time. The rematch begins without incident, until the CTF creators score one point (I'm trying to remember what I saw in the video now). G-man announces something in the game, and the Valve team's score begins steadily increasing at a constant rate. One Valve member gave himself an one-hit-kill crowbar and proceeded to beat down the other team. Another Valve person turned himself into an energy orb which moves faster than the other players and proceeded to "run" into the enemy team and provide instant death. Valve proceeds in this way for the rest of the match, and the score ends in 40-1 for Valve. After the game is finished, the servers quickly go offline so no questions could be asked. |

| Team Fortress is multiplayer-only, but I'm pretty sure it's not related to the Half-Life universe. |

I was confused by the Turtle... I wondered how lag would affect the game and, having still to complete Ep1, I considered the fact that I could have completely missed the multiplayer part of Ep2. Played TF2... It was decidedly 'Meh'.. |

: lol Nope. It's on topic because the comic's Gordon Frohman--that's FROHman, not Freeman--carries with him his trademark shovel with which to beat people down. |
