I'm checking A Crack in Time's leaderboards ingame and...it says I have 60 completes.

...No people, I don't actually have that many completes. Ive only beaten the game 5 times. Im chalking this one up to the Aura.

I don't think anyone has said anything like that, although Sony isn't exactly giving a lot of information...

I doubt they would.
More than likely they will rebuild the security then from there import the users database into the new one.

This whole thing still upsets me, but I am so mixed on what I feel about this whole situation.


On the one hand, Im upset there has been such a drawn out period of no online.

On the other, Im glad they have taken the extra measures to keep the network secure.
I know I wouldnt my stuff hacked anyhow.


I think the thing that gets me is what always does about Sony.

Its called communication dammit.
Ive never seen a company go to such lengths to not talk to their consumers.
I know in this case its probably security related. You dont hand the cat burglar blueprints to the building.
But when the only info you can get about any situation is from leaks and would be bloggers and casters.....theres a communication break down for sure.
And that just seems to be how ALL things are with Sony.

So they have absolutely no idea when it's going to come back online.

I read somewhere that PSN is going online again in Japan today and that the US and EU area is getting their PSN working either tomorrow or on Wednesday.
Do we have any Japanese members here who can confirm/deny?

Not to say they couldn't get it, but no one is admitting to it being available. Anyway, that's the real reason for the PSN downtime. Sony is now rebuilding all of it's PSN servers to be more secure and (hopefully) make sure the CFW users cannot get online anymore.
