| Just started playing this tonight (bought the killzone trilogy last week), now the first game was alright, second one I didn't like the weighty controls much and a little more environment variety would have been nice, however this third installment, WOW . It's like the jump from DS1-DS2 (for me anyway), the game is freakin awesome. I'm well into chapter 3 now and if the campaign keeps this up it will easily be the best military fps campaign I've ever played. Story so far is pretty good for what it is, but you usually play shooters for the game-play, this game is really delivering that in spades at the moment. Environment variety is superb, graphics are stunning, sound is fantastic, controls don't have that stupid heavy feel to them anymore, killing Helghast is satisfying, there are plenty of vehicle sections to mix things up, the game is well paced (so far), I could go on..... Can't wait to play more tomorrow ! |

| The best thing for me were the jetpack scenes in the game. I hadn't played the previous two games but this one didn't seem particularly spectacular. |

| I liked all the Killzones. The first is probably still my favorite. I never did finish the story in 3. The online was fun while it lasted. I know a lot of the hard core players didnt like the changes from 2 to 3 but what gamer doesnt b!t_h about something? The only thing I missed were the spawn grenades. |

I fall into that group. I loved the 2nd not a big fan of the 3rd, but it was still a good game, just not as great as 2. 2 stands out as one of the top ps3 games for me |

| I don't think that highly of K2 based on the campaign, controls were too weighty and even though it had nice atmosphere and interesting story, it didn't provide anything especially new to the genre and the environments did get boring after a while. In saying that, you could say the same for K3 but so far, from a gameplay perspective it's a much better campaign imo. |

| o and btw i feel I should mention I played KZ2 as a FP Action game. stating half way through the 1st level I used only the knife. only time I didn't use it was when i was required to kill an enemy out of range of the knife to proceed. so flying enemies I had to run past, I cant remember if I killed radec with the knife or not. I know i spent a lot of time trying to, not sure if I was successful or not.
the part in the desert with the snipers was very memorable for me, I would dash from cover to cover, close the distance, and get in and gut them. |

I liked K3 better too Mitch, mostly because I thought the gameplay was better but it was just a gorgeous looking game too. |
